We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to provide logistical and organizational support for its core advocacy team, ensuring that the needs and requirements of each traveller are met and advocacy trips are prepared according to travel policies and regulations.
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements with a travel agency, processing logistical requests from team members and volunteers, registering core team members and volunteers for advocacy events, negotiating rates and contracts with travel providers, and developing travel policies and procedures.
