On July 6, the International Center for Ukrainian Victory (ICUV), in collaboration with the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, organized a closed-door discussion in Kyiv to discuss Ukraine's potential accession to NATO and the related security guarantees.

This event was held as part of the Study Visit of an esteemed international delegation, composed of organizers and experts from the Warsaw Security Forum.

The international delegation comprised representatives from Poland, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and France, including esteemed individuals such as former Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Chief of General Staff, and NATO officials, among them Gen. (R) Mark Carleton Smith, Lt. Gen. (R.) Andrzej Falkowski, Jacek Czaputowicz, and Nicolas Tenzer.

Attendees at the closed event included Ukrainian diplomats, parliamentarians, experts, influential figures, and members of the media. The ICUV team was represented by its co-founders Hanna Hopko, Olena Halushka, and Daria Kaleniuk.

Participants discussed the expectations surrounding the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius, the management of the NATO accession process with lessons drawn from previous experiences, and the strategies to be pursued for Ukraine’s prospective accession to NATO.
Additionally, ICUV analysts presented their research on the Endgame Scenarios for Russia’s War in Ukraine during the event, providing valuable insights for further consideration and analysis.
