GRANTS SPECIALIST

Job Summary: We are seeking a Grants Specialist to join our team and support our grant-funded programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grant applications and post-award compliance activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and working collaboratively with program staff to ensure that grants are utilized effectively and efficiently. The Grants Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring grant expenditures, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Management, Economics, Fund Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating or implementing grant projects
  • Experience in grant project reporting and financial management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in handling grants from USG (USAID, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a plus
